AI for recruitment refers to the application of AI tools to the systematic, high-volume tasks in the recruitment workflow — writing job descriptions, screening CVs against criteria, drafting candidate outreach, preparing interview materials, and managing candidate communications. AI does not replace the judgment, relationship-building, and contextual reading that makes great recruiters valuable — it compresses the time spent on everything that surrounds those skills.
